This heart shape pendant was custom made as a special gift for one of our clients and features a lovely 0.80ct emerald cut Australian sapphire four claw set in the centre of this double heart design pendant, suspended from a beautiful cable link chain handmade by our goldsmith. Both items have been crafted in 9ct yellow gold.
