Created around an existing ruby and diamonds supplied by our client, this bespoke ring gave new life to gemstones that already served their purpose in an existing design. Working closely together, we designed a halo that incorporated the original stones while introducing a fresh new look. Sitting in the centre is a vibrant 1.81ct oval ruby, secured in 18ct rose gold claws that enhance its pinkish red colour. Surrounding is a platinum set diamond halo, combining larger semi-bezel set diamonds with a delicate micro pave set inner halo, finished with a mill grain edge for an art deco look. A pair of pear shape diamonds complete the cluster and taper into the high domed 18ct rose gold band.
